Meet Kathy L. Callahan, Ph.D.
Kathy L. Callahan, Ph.D. was born in Chicago, Illinois.
She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago Circle, and a Master of Science degree from
Purdue University. As a graduate student, she traveled to Tucson, Arizona , where she completed an assessment study
of alcoholism treatment modalities for urban Tohono O'Odham (Papago Indians), for which she earned a Ph.D., also from
Purdue University. She was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy in 1982, and has served as a career Naval officer
since that time.
She has been a student of the Edgar Cayce readings for over 30 years, and strives
to actively apply the principles found in the readings in her daily life. She has been a student of A Course in
Miraclesfor over 14 years. A very compelling speaker and trainer, Kathy teaches courses and workshops on a variety
of subjects including the Universal Laws. she has presented workshops at A.R.E. headquarters and field conferences.
She is a frequent speaker at Unity churches, and has appeared on radio and television. She currently resides in
Burke, Virginia. she is the author of several books: The Path of the Medicine Wheel: A Guide to the Sacred Circle(2006);
